Member and Staff of the Month

This is new. You might be wondering how can I be member/staff of the month. Well if you want member of the month staff will be watching who is active in forums and in #Tank. For staff getting Staff of the month, the members will be voting on who is the most helpful, active, and coolest staff.

I will be opening a voting section on forums when I get the time.

I can do that part when I get home.
