Stuff for Update #3

since we are the owners I wanted to know what should we have as an update on forums.

For Staff

• Have a So your a new BLANK (Voice, HalfOp, Op, Admin, (Owner - we don't need one ) - it would say what the minimum we want to see them do.
  
• Get to no each staff member - will talk about new and old staff members.(Maybe when they became staff)
  
• Maybe a sign in/log in, so we know when they are helping and what they did

For Everyone

• Have a member/player of the week or month. - They can get a nice fancy rank on their profile or a sign.
  
• Games - for everyone to play and have some fun.

Other

• We might need staff to be active forums too so maybe make a rule on that. rules for staff (we use o have one but I think we took it out.)
  
• Anything else just post when commenting on what we might need.

I will need all 4 of use to post what we think before I start on this.

Member of the week and Staff of the week would be pretty good. Also..Owner of the Week >

Your funny on Owner of the week, there is only 4 of use. What about the others?

And we could either have polls for staff of the week and member.

For Staff we can get dm'ers to vote..
for member we can get staff to vote idk something like that

dont get the first 2..

the first one is so the new staff member knows what to do (guidelines)

2nd is for all the staff know who they are working with (what timezone are they with another)

There is a script in tank that tells them what to do for whatever rank they are
